Alejandro Bellver Espinosa, Esq.

Mr. Alejandro Bellver Espinosa, Esq., is the founder of Bellver Espinosa Law Firm and has over 15 years practicing law. He obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in Criminal Justice from the Interamerican University and graduated on a time record of one year and a half, being recognized by the Interamerican University as the first student for graduating on such a record time. He also graduated with the highest honor (Summa Cum Laude). After graduating, he immediately enrolled at the Pontifical Catholic University, School of Law. He obtained a Juris Doctor Degree with also high honors (cum laude). His areas of practice includes commercial litigation, real estate, labor and employment litigation and maritime litigation. He has ample experience in commercial financing, having represented multiple financial institutions. He is a member of the Maritime Law Association, the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Puerto Rico Association of Public Notary.

Mr. Bellver is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, U.S. District Court for the District of Northern Florida and Eastern Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the US Supreme Court, is a licensed Notary Public and a licensed real estate broker. Besides fully representing clients on federal and state courts, Mr. Bellver, during weekends, provides continuing legal education to health and human resource’s professionals and hospitals at several important institutions such as Columbia Centro Universitario, UAGM and UPR
